Another Challenge

Well, I'm back! I finished another challenge! This one is a mini kit challenge from Pixel Scrapper. This was our challenge guidelines...

6 papers
  -stripes
  -words/letters/numbers
15 elements
  -something with stars
  -2 tags
  -1 ribbon
  -2 frames
