Facebook Post Share

Hi, everyone! I just felt like I needed to share this post. I have all kinds of people who come to my blog and everyone (no matter your faith or your lifestyle) is welcome. But, I am a Christian and I agree with this man's post. I was raised in church but many people were not or not in a Christian-based faith. Please don't get upset with me for sharing this because, no matter who you are or what you believe or what kind of lifestyle you have, you matter and I love you and God loves you. Also, if you have never read/studied Revelations (last chapter in the Holy Bible), I would encourage you to read it and then look at the world and see what this post is talking about.

I have a heavy heart today. Church was awesome! My wife and kids are great. The season seems to be picking up because people are in town, so I should be elated, but I am not. I fear that the day is coming when that will be what we are looking for for comfort as a way of life. That's so horrible! The truth will always be the truth! I feel like that we should be focusing on being ready for Jesus. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. I am thankful that things are looking good for the rest of the season, not just for me, but for everyone here in Branson. I just don't think people realize how close we are to His coming. That's why my heart is heavy. I want to get people excited about Jesus coming back. I want to win souls for His kingdom. I want people to realize that when you are before the thrown of God, you won't have a dream team of lawyers to keep you out of Hell. Believe me, Hell is real. Read what the description of Hell is in the bible. It's not a place you want to go. It is a place of horror!! It doesn't matter what you THINK about what is going to happen to you when you die. The bible is very clear. So no matter what people tell you, or what you THINK you know. God will be your judge and you will get what is just in accordance to your life. You need Jesus!!!! Please just listen to your heart, there is a knock at the door. Will you open the door and let Jesus in? Think about your future, your eternity, where will you spend it? Call on Jesus, ask Him in. He will forgive you for your past and give you a future of unfathomable glory. Please take the time to read the description of Hell in the bible and ask yourself if that is where you want to spend eternity!!!!!
God Bless,
Mike Walker

Hugs,
Pauline

  1. Thanks for sharing this Pauline. I am not a christian but I regularly go to the church just to be in the presence of Jesus. I also go to a temple, Gurudwara, monastry and a mosque once every month.

Everybody needs god. The presence of God gives us solace and a responsibility towards our soul and the souls of other human beings around us. I believe god comes to us in through the good human beings who suddenly appear in our lives to help us with their kindness.

Before becoming God, Jesus was a very kind man an extremely benevolent and tolerant soul who had love for every one. When I look around me I look for benevolence in humans and I find god residing in them.

When we don't let kindness in our heart, we don't let god in our home& heart. I think God will come back to us when we have developed ourselves to receive him. We have to be like him... kind and benevolent, tolerant, loving and forgiving. He will feel that he is welcome back when he sees us creating an environment where he can live fearlessly. I am sure that day will come when all our god will come back to us...

    Love

  2. I was raised in church and made sure my kids were also until they decided they did not want to go. I feel fortunate that although they don't go anymore they still believe, so few do anymore. When I look around I see a loud world. By loud I mean so many murders, break-ins, etc. Plus so many rely on the technical side of things. So many have lost the idea of family. To me it's a very scary world out there compared to what it was. I wish more people could go to church and find God, then there wouldn't be so much going on in the world. It would be great if other people allowed kindness in instead of always looking at the world as it everyone owed them, crazy.
I'm sorry to go off like this but he hit so many points in his posting. Thank you for posting it here where more people can see it.

  3. Pauline,
Thank you for sharing your note.. Our House hold follows scripture as best as we can. We always Thank Jesus for being our Lord and Savior . It saddens me when I see people not putting him first, all I can do is pray for them... Thank you again for posting this.

  4. God Bless Pauline. Thanks for sharing. In this crazy world we need God more than ever. I am beyond grateful to know Him and know that He sent Jesus to pay for my sins. Each day I get more and more people telling me I take my love for Him too serious which makes me sad. We have just moved again and we found a wonderful church that I hope will help us to show others how wonderful His love is. I know Revelations and know how it all ends, so this makes me happy. I pray others see the love He has shown me and will find it in their hearts to seek Him and know that love as well.
