Oh boy, I can relate to that!! I had my brother take a photo and when I tried to review it somehow I lost a ton of photo I had saved on my camera. Even the one he took on it. I hope, for your sake, that it is a minor glitch and they somehow ended up in a different folder! Hang in there Pauline! GBU
Check your folders to see if you accidently dragged and dropped your pictures folder into another one - I've done that before!

I thought I lost 100 GB of ebooks when I got a new hard drive with more space. I went to transfer and the whole folder was just not there. Turns out I had already transferred it to an OLD hard drive to make more space on the one I'd been using.
